Elles repr\u00e9sentent 42% de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et leur nombre \u00e0 des postes \u00e0 haute responsabilit\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/information.tv5monde.com\/terriennes\/5-de-femmes-la-tete-d-entreprises-dans-le-monde-une-progression-tout-petits-pas-selon-une\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a> est en hausse. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les questions relatives \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des femmes en entreprise restent encore trop peu consid\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9e est pourtant primordiale si l\u2019on veut pr\u00e9server leur bien-\u00eatre et, par extension, le bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><h3 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;color: #267799;text-align: left;font-family:Open Sans;font-weight:600;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading us_custom_f01eb1f7\" >Sant\u00e9 mentale : d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9<\/h3><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_fd4b37c2 blog-text has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Les chiffres sont sans appel : les femmes sont davantage (que les hommes !) soumises au cumul des obligations professionnelles et familiales.<\/p>\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate de l\u2019YPO (Young Presidents&rsquo; Organization), du Financial Times et de l\u2019ONU (mars 2021) montre que \u201cpr\u00e8s de trois quarts des r\u00e9pondantes (73 %) ont d\u00fb prendre un cong\u00e9 et\/ou sacrifier leur avancement professionnel pour des raisons familiales [&#8230;], comparativement \u00e0 42 % des r\u00e9pondants de sexe masculin\u201d. Certes, une \u00e9volution vers l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en termes de responsabilit\u00e9s familiales est notable. Pour autant, l&rsquo;avanc\u00e9e reste lente, ce qui p\u00e9nalise encore majoritairement les femmes dans leur vie professionnelle<a href=\"https:\/\/information.tv5monde.com\/terriennes\/5-de-femmes-la-tete-d-entreprises-dans-le-monde-une-progression-tout-petits-pas-selon-une\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Au poids des responsabilit\u00e9s et \u00e0 la charge mentale s\u2019ajoute pour beaucoup la remise en cause de leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 ou de leurs capacit\u00e9s de travail. Les femmes subissent un discours de performance : \u201c<em>Le monde de la performance est in\u00e9vitablement un monde de comparaison [&#8230;] Nous oublions la saine \u00e9mulation au profit de la comp\u00e9tition et de la comparaison dans ce qu\u2019elles peuvent avoir de plus violent\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.performance-et-vie.fr\/articleall.php?id=12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences de ces injonctions et de ces responsabilit\u00e9s multiples sont visibles depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Parmi elles, le burn-out. Selon une \u00e9tude d\u2019Empreinte Humaine de 2021, 44% des femmes sont en situation de d\u00e9tresse psychologique [&#8230;], tandis que les hommes sont 33% \u00e0 souffrir d\u2019un burn-out.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nouvelleviepro.fr\/actualite\/1151\/burn-out-au-travail-un-bilan-alourdi-par-la-crise-sanitaire#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/a> Cette d\u00e9tresse psychologique a un co\u00fbt humain et \u00e9conomique r\u00e9el qui doit alerter les entreprises.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><h3 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;color: #267799;text-align: left;font-family:Open Sans;font-weight:600;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading us_custom_f01eb1f7\" >Communication, autonomie et comp\u00e9tences subtiles<\/h3><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_fd4b37c2 blog-text has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Une multitude d&rsquo;autres facteurs peuvent toucher la sant\u00e9 des femmes en entreprise. Ces facteurs de risque sont \u00e0 discerner au cas par cas, ainsi que les r\u00e9ponses appropri\u00e9es. Cependant, des solutions globales peuvent \u00eatre adopt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une partie de la solution r\u00e9side tout d\u2019abord dans l\u2019\u00e9volution du discours en entreprise qui n\u00e9cessite un changement de paradigme. Communiquer constamment sur le besoin de performance, au d\u00e9triment du bien-\u00eatre mental des collaboratrices et des collaborateurs, n\u2019est plus une option viable. Il est important de permettre aux femmes (comme aux hommes) de l\u00e2cher prise face \u00e0 cette qu\u00eate perp\u00e9tuelle de perfection et de performance.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre solution consiste \u00e0 accorder aux femmes plus d\u2019autonomie. Aujourd\u2019hui elles sont encore trop peu nombreuses \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la m\u00eame marge de man\u0153uvre que les hommes, par exemple dans la gestion de leur agenda. Le cadre de travail joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le significatif dans la d\u00e9gradation de leur sant\u00e9 sur le long terme : <em>\u201cLa progression des maladies professionnelles est 2 fois plus rapide chez les femmes que chez les hommes, victimes essentiellement de troubles musculosquelettiques\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prefectures-regions.gouv.fr\/bretagne\/content\/download\/60244\/396151\/file\/plaquette%20d%27information_sante%20au%20travail%20des%20femmes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/a>. La fragilisation de la sant\u00e9 physique des femmes en entreprise est souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs postures et leurs conditions de travail : <em>\u201ctravail r\u00e9p\u00e9titif, postures contraignantes, contact avec le public, horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairn.info\/revue-travail-et-emploi-2016-3-page-5.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>6<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cela s&rsquo;ajoutent les nombreux tabous en entreprise concernant certaines fonctions biologiques sp\u00e9cifiques. En 2009 Karen Messing, professeure en sciences biologiques et g\u00e9n\u00e9ticienne, faisait le constat suivant : <em>\u201cLes fonctions biologiques communes aux hommes et aux femmes, [manger, boire, dormir\u2026] re\u00e7oivent une certaine reconnaissance dans les normes du travail [&#8230;]. Cependant, les effets du travail sur les fonctions biologiques sp\u00e9cifiques aux femmes \u2013 menstruations, grossesse, cycles, m\u00e9nopause \u2013 sont per\u00e7us comme relevant de la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairn.info\/revue-travailler-2009-2-page-43.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><sup>7<\/sup><\/a>.
