En cr\u00e9ant une r\u00e9sonance entre un mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise qui ne se concentre plus uniquement sur le profit, mais \u00e9galement sur la bonne sant\u00e9 de son actif le plus important, l\u2019humain, ne renforcerait-on pas la place de l\u2019entreprise comme un v\u00e9ritable lieu de vie partag\u00e9 et un acteur cl\u00e9 du renouveau d\u00e9mocratique ?<\/p>\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;acteur influent de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l&rsquo;entreprise a la responsabilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir en faveur de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre de ses employ\u00e9s et, par extension, de la communaut\u00e9. Les actions entreprises en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention primaire peuvent avoir un impact durable, contribuant \u00e0 construire une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aller plus loin, reprenons l\u2019id\u00e9e de Daniel Cohen : \u00abOn pourrait imaginer de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser la notation environnementale et sociale des entreprises et d&rsquo;imposer par exemple une notation AAA pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la commande publique<sup>1<\/sup>.\u00bb Certes, les sans-emplois resteraient en marge et seraient fortement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s. Toutefois, on pourrait envisager un r\u00f4le pour France Travail, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des assureurs et mutuelles qui affecteraient une partie de leur r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 cette cause de sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><h2 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;color: #267799;text-align: left;font-family:Open Sans;font-weight:600;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading us_custom_96fd44fa\" >Des premiers changements de perception ?<\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_fd4b37c2 blog-text has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Des signes encourageants sont observables. En effet, la prise de conscience des employeurs progresse. Une enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;Ifop en 2018 montrait un \u00e9quilibre entre les actifs estimant que leur employeur se montrait plus soucieux qu\u2019avant de leur sant\u00e9 (32%) et ceux d\u00e9clarant le contraire (30%).<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de 2022 indiquent que seulement 21% des actifs estiment maintenant que leur employeur se montre moins soucieux qu\u2019avant, soit une baisse significative de 10%<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><h2 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;color: #267799;text-align: left;font-family:Open Sans;font-weight:600;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading us_custom_96fd44fa\" >Des freins qui demeurent dans la pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9 dans les entreprises<\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_fd4b37c2 blog-text has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Les obstacles identifi\u00e9s sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 des facteurs humains et organisationnels. Les responsables de ressources humaines interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s majoritairement aux r\u00e9ticences des collaborateurs \u00e0 \u00e9voquer leur sant\u00e9 au travail (36%), ou \u00e0 un d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat de leur part (31%). Les freins techniques sont moins mentionn\u00e9s, mais persistent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer un retour sur investissement (25%)<\/li>\n<li>Manque d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la direction (23%)<\/li>\n<li>Manque de moyens financiers (23%)<\/li>\n<li>Un manque de communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, 59% des salari\u00e9s sont inform\u00e9s des actions de pr\u00e9vention men\u00e9es par leur employeur en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 au travail, mais seulement 32% comprennent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de quoi il s&rsquo;agit. Les dirigeants arrivent en deuxi\u00e8me position, mentionn\u00e9s par 23% des sond\u00e9s. Le r\u00f4le des autres acteurs (m\u00e9decine du travail, responsables RH, collaborateurs eux-m\u00eames) semble plus secondaire, chacun \u00e9tant cit\u00e9 par moins de 15% des interview\u00e9s. Ce r\u00f4le central attribu\u00e9 aux managers souligne l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement de leurs responsabilit\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e fin novembre 2020 r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les attentes prioritaires des salari\u00e9s envers leurs managers concernent la reconnaissance, le soutien et l&rsquo;\u00e9coute, avant m\u00eame l&rsquo;organisation du travail et le leadership<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;accompagnement des managers dans ce nouveau r\u00f4le est d&rsquo;autant plus n\u00e9cessaire. Ils sont souvent d\u00e9munis face \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre \u00e9coute et non-intrusion, pr\u00e9sence et respect de l&rsquo;autonomie et de la vie priv\u00e9e des salari\u00e9s. Toutefois, les managers sont souvent les premiers expos\u00e9s au stress.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><h2 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;color: #267799;text-align: left;font-family:Open Sans;font-weight:600;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading us_custom_96fd44fa\" >En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 : L\u2019entreprise et son r\u00f4le dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais<\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_fd4b37c2 blog-text has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais, historiquement orient\u00e9 vers les soins curatifs, n\u00e9glige souvent la pr\u00e9vention primaire. Comme le soulignait l&rsquo;ancien ministre de la sant\u00e9, Fran\u00e7ois Braun, lors du congr\u00e8s de la Mutualit\u00e9 en septembre 2022 :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La France accuse un retard d\u2019ensemble en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention, notamment compar\u00e9e \u00e0 ses voisins europ\u00e9ens\u2026 Le budget moyen consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 3% des d\u00e9penses de sant\u00e9 dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, contre moins de 2% en France. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention reste donc un sujet prioritaire pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile en France, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;entreprise a plus que jamais un r\u00f4le crucial \u00e0 jouer.
